Lake Palestine & the Neches River- Fishing, kayaking, and more!
Our park is located directly on the Neches River which flows directly into Lake Palestine. You can launch a boat from our park and spend the day out at Lake Palestine fishing, kayaking, tubing, or just anchor and relax. Fisherman can enjoy catching a large variety of fish in these waters such as catfish, crappie, large mouth bass, perch, and more!
Our park is connected directly to a Texas Parks and Wildlife Kayaking Trail and is a great place for begginers and advanced kayakers to get paddling! This trail varies from 1-8 miles in length depending on what "loop" that you take back. You can make it an all day adventure or just enjoy the trail for an hour or two!
